I think (good) critics are about making a product better. If they take the bug reports as insults, I don’t know how could I help.

Also, I agree asking PR’s as an answer, when you report a bug or have a nice feature request is rude.

It’s like you decide you’ll help homeless people with free food, then you give them rotten vegetables that you just picked up on the side of the road. Then when somebody mentions that they should use fresh ingredients, they would answer:

OK then please give us better ingredients and cook it instead of us, then shut up… no thank you.

{NS} guys are very far from the truth, they think they are the smartest guy in the universe. I wish I could share my conversation with their leader, but he banned me before I could finish the conversation with him (that he initiated for the record).
